For the majority of the past 20 years, one of my greatest fears has been the onset of a migraine headache. It is not only debilitating, but a source of major anxiety when I am in the middle of my work day and I feel the signs of one beginning to manifest at the most inopportune time.

I have tried countless medications, chiropractors, stretches and nothing seem to help with my migraines for any length of time. “Stop, Drop, Roll, and Smile” is not only easy to read; it also takes the time to explain what is going on with my body and why. As a result of the information Diana lays out in her course; it has armed me to have a greater understanding of the changes within my body that would normally lead up to a migraine, and how I can react and mitigate the chance of a random occurrence.
Since applying her protocols, I have made some small changes to my some my dietary habits and even breathing control when I am faced with a stressful situation and I am honestly in disbelief that I have not had a migraine since.
